Rain Parrot is provided by Mobile Technology (WA) Pty Ltd. This policy explains how information is used to provide weather features and how advertising differs between plans.
Weather, notifications and support
We use the location supplied by your device or selected in the app to provide local weather, radar and rain predictions. Device and app identifiers and push notification tokens allow us to maintain device settings and send the notifications you choose to receive.
If you contact support or submit feedback, we process the information you provide. Support diagnostics are included only when you choose to share them.
Advertising by plan
Advertising applies only to the Free plan. Ad Free and Pro do not display ads.
When advertising is enabled on the Free plan, Rain Parrot uses Google AdMob. Google and its advertising partners may process information such as your IP address, device and advertising identifiers, approximate location, and interactions with the app and ads to deliver and measure advertising and prevent fraud. The information used depends on your privacy choices, device settings and the advertising configuration.
Ad Free and Pro are not supported by advertising. The weather, notification and support uses described above still apply to those plans.

Advertising consent and choices
Advertising on the Free plan is subject to the required privacy and consent choices. Where consent is required, you will be asked before ads are shown. When advertising privacy options are available in the app, you can use them to review or change your choices. You can also manage app tracking permissions in your device's settings.
Choosing Ad Free or Pro removes advertising from Rain Parrot.
